It’s has a 1275cc Engine with a Close-Ratio Gearbox and a 3.1:1 Final Drive…. it just has to be running Cooper S spec Twin Carbs or I am failing in life.

Breaking out the welder:

It’s time for that rear lip to die. Luckily, Mike is a man of many talents. I haven’t found anything he can’t do yet… other than maybe laundry. 😉

Cadmium Plating:

Mike and I had some fun plating some of the nuts and bolts around the engine bay. While we were at it, we decided to do the lug nuts too. They look amazing!

Deciding on Taillights:

To me, these cheap as chips Land Rover Discovery lights seem to be the best upgrade for a small and sporty Mini. But do I go clear or amber with my flashers?

Disassembly:

Pulled the motor from the bottom with the front sub-frame and all goodies still attached.

Gone Bumperless:

Bye bye bumpers. No more rust traps for me.
